Human Resource Management and Development Department (HRMDD) is responsible for employment and HR planning such as recruitment, hiring and placement; design and implementing corporate HR System and policies; facilitating, assisting advising and aiding the other line managers in their task as personnel management; assisting individual employees in solving problems which affect their general morale and efficiency; attending to government and public relations; ensuring the occupational health and safety of employees and procurement of goods and services necessary for the performance of the whole organization, and in seeing to the efficient mobilization and maintenance of company vehicles.

This includes spearheading in all community related activities. Also responsible in handling all communication services both for the employees and client as well as for the coordination and serves as liaison of all corporate guest and visitors.
