NOCECO hereby issues the following to guide our Member-Consumer-Owners:

 

  1. Physical meter reading activities will start on May 12, 2020 to ensure the accuracy of the reading as reflected in the April 2020 bill and to correct whatever deficiency may exist;
  2. Expect an increase in the kwhr consumption as as result of the Enhance Community Quarantine (ECQ) as most of us are in the safety of our homes;
  3. For those MCOs who were not able to pay their March 2020 and April 2020 bills you can pay these bills in four (4) equal monthly installments, payable in four (4) succeeding billing months. This will be relected as "OTHERS" in your bill.

However if you do not wish to avail of our installment scheme, kindly visit our collection office nearest you.

 

  1. The first due date will be on May 21, 2020 and you are encouraged to pay your bill on or before the due date to avoid inconvenience.
  2. Distribution of disconnection notices will be in accordance with existing guidelines of NOCECO and in consonance with the the mandate of the regulatory agencies.
  3. Disconnection will effect forty-eigth (48) hours after receipt of the disconnection notice.

 

In the conduct of the above activities health and safety protocols will be strictly adhered taking into consideration guidelines and orders mandated by the local and national government.
