    1. What MODE of PAYMENT is ACCEPTABLE at NOCECO Authorized Partners?
      • CASH Only

    2. Can I PAY even if I'm out of the NOCECO Coverage Area?
      • Yes. As long as there are NOCECO authorized partners nationwide.

    3. Can I PAY AFTER due date at NOCECO Authorized Partners?
      • No. Only current bills are allowed to be paid at NOCECO Authorized Partners. But you can still pay at NOCECO Collection Centers.

    4. What are the significant information should I present in the absence of my SOA?
      • Account Number
      • Account Name
      • Reference Number
      • Amount to be Paid
      • Due Date

    5. What are the Mandatory Documents required for transacting payments?
      • Statement of Account (SOA)
      • Payment Transaction Form (available at Bayad Center Outlets)

    6. Can I pay the electric bill even if it is not on my account's name?
      • Yes. As long as you can present the significant information of the current month bill.

    7. Can I pay if my Bill Type is other than Residential and Small Commercial?
      • No. LARGE LOAD Types must be paid at NOCECO Collection Centers only.

    8. Why should I pay at RCBC, DBP, BOC, Bayad Center, ECPay, and SM Bills Payment Service Centers?
      • Trusted and very accessible locations with flexible business hours.

Business Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN | 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Payment Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 NN | 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

 

Note:

* Please allow 3 business days for your bill payments to be updated.

* Always keep the copy of your bills payment receipt to avoid inconvenience.

* Payments after the due date must be paid at NOCECO Collection Offices.

* Payments for reconnection and penalties must be paid at NOCECO Main Office.
